Neljäs Maailmansota yhdistää nukketeatteria ja perinteistä teatteria. Näytelmä vilisee sissejä, amerikkalaisia, luurankoja, intiaanimyyttejä, kuolleita ja eläviä intiaaneja, sekä keskisormia perinteiselle poliittiselle retoriikalle.
